For what party or event are you most excited this week?
The entire weekend! Friends from all over the world are coming to the same place for the same thing. Oh, and the Black and Blue finale party on Monday is pretty awesome.
Do you have any routines you’ve been following in preparation for IML?
Finishing up my outfit, rehearsing my talent, brushing up on current events, and running 18 miles a day on about 400 calories. I am ready.

Have you previously attended either IML or the Grabbys? What was your first impression of it all?
This is my fourth year at IML. It was an awesome and overwhelming experience in all the best ways. It’s definitely a rush of excitement and things to do.
What can one who has never attended one or either event expect when coming to Chicago for the first time?
People in Chicago are friendlier than most of the other places I’ve lived. It’s still kinda strange for me.
Do you have any tips or advice for newcomers?
Just try to take it all in and go with the flow. There are so many parties, and events, and people… just have fun with it, and don’t take things too seriously.
